These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tandem Education website at tandem-education.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Elevate product
Access to and use of our Elevate platform is governed by a separate agreement between Tandem Education and the applicable school or district. These Terms apply to the marketing Site only and do not grant any right to use Elevate.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Tandem Education and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use.
Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on the Site is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tandem Education will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
